I understand that Colleagues in Trading is facilitating a location in which traders are welcome to meet and trade together, not unlike a semi-private 'cafe' environment, during certain hours of the day.

The actual hours/day may be modified upon 24 notice via email, IM and/or Skype, for which I will be provided a unique IDs. 

I understand that Colleagues in Trading intends to provide wireless internet, multi-screen and related tools and accessories to the location, but will not be held responsible for failure to do so or of any component. 

I understand that Colleagues in Trading will allow, but not require, mentors and senior level, screened traders to assist and work with more junior traders in this informal environment. 

I understand that Colleagues in Trading will neither dictate nor benefit from trading in The Live Trading Beta  environment.  Any brokerage, platform or method may be employed without any remuneration from that provider to Colleagues in Trading, unless otherwise noted. 

I understand that I and other  traders must provide or obtain their own, personal laptop upon which to trade. 

I understand that I and other Traders will NOT  perform high volume, high value or highly critical trading in the Live Trading "Beta" environment.    Colleagues in Trading will bear no part of the responsibility for any trading successes or failures. 

I understand that Any discussion between traders or others, on site, should be considered as conversational only.  NO advice is to be given or inferred. 

I understand that I and other Traders accept 100% responsibility for any and all actions, executions or selections made in any 'live' trading on their personal account.   This includes, but is not limited to:

Asset  / Instrument    Broker (Execution Manner)  Strategy (Setup, Entry, Exit)   Value    Price  Quantity  Risk or Money Management

I understand Colleagues in Trading, offers a separate advisory/support vehicle in its Traders' Life Cycle.  Using its profiles and screening, traders may obtain assistance in identifying and receiving  assistance needed in specific areas.
